Rien tout était parfait

The apartment is spacious, and generally well fitted out. The bed was very comfortable. There is a lot of storage space for your things. The air conditioning was fairly new and very quiet. Being on the 3rd floor it is fairly quiet, with little street noise. From the spacious balcony it has views inland over the rooftops to the white mountains. It is only a 6 minute walk to the harbour in the old town. The landlord was really helpful.

Nothing much. We liked the apartment.

there are things that still need improvement such as the water pressure, some more kitchen utensils such as kitchen towels, kitchen dishes and a cooking pot more. It would also not be an unnecessary luxury to be able to cool the bedroom with a fan or the like. but other than these little things we are very satisfied

The air conditioning did not cool properly. and, as already mentioned, there could be some accessories for the kitchen and bedroom.

The location is great - you are close to the supermarket, shopping, the old city, and the beach. There are also some good cafes nearby. The balcony is great - you have a beautiful mountain view. There is also our favorite meat restaurant downstairs - “Kantouni”.

During our 10-day stay, no one offered to change our bed linens or towels. No one came to clean the apartment, though we had a completely different experience at another accommodation in Chania. When you have a booking for a long time, keep that in mind. There was no soap in the bathroom — the dispenser only contained soapy water. No laundry detergent for the washing machine, although there was fabric softener. That makes no sense. The sofa had a metal spring sticking out that could seriously cause injury. The street was noisy—it was very disturbing with the windows open. It's not the first time in the apartments in this building, but this time the experience was poor. There are more nice and not dated apartments in this area at a better price. We decided to stay here as it was nice several years ago. Unfortunately, not anymore :(
