Clean and comfortable, plenty of space. 2 x identical double rooms... so no argument over who has the 'best' room! Snacks/breakfast porridge pots a nice idea as was toaster and fridge... not really a kitchen but you could prepare a light breakfast if wanted. Host... Caroline... friendly, helpful, informative and enthusiastic. Excellent communication before visit with suggestions for dining and trips... supplemented upon arrival with further information. Property approximately 10 - 15 minutes walk downhill... imagine a bit longer coming back up. We took the car as the weather was very changeable but probably a pleasant stroll in nice weather. Excellent location for visiting Oban and further afield. Would recommend
