Location is excellent, appartment comfortable and clean.

No information pack! Wifi did not work

Everything was great !

I liked everything .

Very spacious & had heater & fans since you are not able to control your AC unit.

Everything was fine.

The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well furnished. Beds were super comfortable and had nice mattresses.

1- This is on the 6th floor of a high rise building and had NO SMOKE DETECTORS or Carbon Monoxide detector with a gas stove.. A note to the owner about this went unanswered. 2- the AC and heat are not controllable by the guest and this wasn't communicated until after I booked. They are set by the HOA. Temperature ended up being okay, but the AC unit in the master bedroom knocked and made noise all night long. The one in the living room did not work at all. 3- Building had a lot of maintenance needed. 4- Address on building and sign in parking lot was not illuminated so was hard to find. 5- a parking reservation with a specific lot and parking spot is needed in advance, but the parking lots are not identified or marked. When we were directed to where we needed to park, the numbers in our lots were so faint that we needed to get out of the car and walk around to find our spot. 6- There is a key fob to get into the outside of the building, but it wasn't needed because the building wasn't ever locked. 7- None of the lights in the master bedroom work. Again a note to the owner went unanswered 8- Upon check in we were told that the elevators were out of service...this unit is on the 6th floor. We were then told that the middle elevator worked but that if it took us to the basement it would not come back up and we would need to climb the stair to come back up. If it hadn't already been midnight I would have asked for my money back for this reason alone.
