I loved everything about the Penthouse. It had a wonderful view beds was comfortable. It's a 3 bedroom 1 bath. The third bedroom literally had a jail bed in there. They have a full kitchen. It was very clean. Everything was as the picture shows. But except for the third room it was a little difficult. We couldn't even open the door all the way. Cause the bed was blocking it but like I said, the bed was like a jail bed. Soon as my daughter sat on it, it broke and she's only 10 years old and probably weighs about 60 pounds. But other than that, it was great. The staff was a little Buddha. We were in downtown atlana, I guess. Maybe by where the underground used to be if you offer a million with the underground so there was a bunch of homeless people. Lana out on the streets in front of the motel rooms condominiums outside in front of stores but we got back home safe and then my room all got toad because I was parked in the wrong parking spot. So when you're booked, make sure you'll park in the right spot. But other than that, it was perfect.
I didn't like the fact that the third bedroom was not as shown in the pictures. It was a jailbed. The room was so small. No one could barely even fit in it. There was homeless people out walking around lying in front of the condominium tentse everywhere. My car got told off due to I was parking myself. But apparently it wasn't the correct spot. There's 2 spots and they both have the same number but I guess. I need it to be on the lower level or the top-level. I'm not even really sure, but rental got toad. Took us a long time to get back home because I was unable to get my rental back without the proper paperwork from the rental company that they did not want to send or could not send because of their agreements or whatever, so you'll just be careful.

Very easy to communicate. Great location for all things ATL downtown and quick access to the interstate for trips further away. The apartment was great with enough space for all 4 of us.
Some community parts of the building could need an update.
