You will have full access to the whole apartment, basement laundry room, seasonal pool and patio lounge area. Please, make yourself at home!

Getting Around:
Our public transit is MARTA and there is a stop a few blocks away. Most things are walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.
Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.
AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.
Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.

Perfect location to walk to restaurants. Aquarium was about a 15 min walk. We did have issues with the air-condition but the host responded immediately and had maintenance fix it very quickly. Plenty of space for our family. I really liked the extra fans and air units in the bedrooms. Hot water was a bit iffy, but better at night than in the morning. Appreciated the free assigned parking spot too. Overall a really enjoyable trip to Atlanta.

The apartment is a nice size. There was enough room for everyone. The place was fairly clean. Overall, I was pleased with our stay; however, I would have enjoyed a more comfortable bed. The bed was way too firm for me. Also, the tubs were dated and not clean.

Close to downtown, building common areas aren't the cleanest but the unit itself was clean. Not much furniture in the living room - just a couch and a couple of fairly uncomfortable chairs. Good location and the hosts were very responsive and nice. 24-7 building security and walking distance to many downtown locations.

We enjoyed our weekend visit at the condo the first of December. We were just a short drive from the venues we wanted to see- the Georgia Aquarium and World of Cocoa Cola. Each couple had their own bedroom and the grandsons had separate place to sleep too.
