You will have full access to the whole apartment, basement laundry room, seasonal pool and patio lounge area. Please, make yourself at home!

Getting Around:
Our public transit is MARTA and there is a stop a few blocks away. Most things are walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.
Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.
AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.
Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

Perfect spot, in the middle of everything in the city. The view is perfect from the windows. Me and my friends enjoyed the bnb and the decor is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and comfy

The unit was fine. The layout is a little weird, but it was okay for one night. The neighborhood is kinda sketchy and the building looks like it needs some love and attention. Getting the parking lined up was a bit of a hassle, but we figured it out.

We had an amazing stay in Atlanta. Rachel was more than helpful and always responded when I messaged her, before and during the stay. I will definitely book again with Rachel.

First I will say the condo looked nice but was not cleaned properly. There was hair and crumbs in a few of the beds along with hair and rose petals in the living room.
Secondly, the air circulation in the room was poor and possibly needs another window air unit. However property manager had already stated the building being old and air is controlled by the building. Also Master bathtub drain was clogged.
Other than those things the trip was fun for the family and in the area we needed to enjoy our vacation. Because we were so high up the sounds of traffic in the area didn't bother is or the kids at all.
Also property owner was very responsive for the most part and we had no issues getting into the condo.
