Guest Access:
A friend of ours will meet you on arrival. Then Access is provided with key fob and combo door code. Please make sure the number of guests checking in is on the reservation. Our HOA requires everyone to be accounted for in case of an emergency.
The Neighborhood:
Right near Sheraton, Hilton, Marriott, America's Mart, Peachtree Center, World Congress, Mercedes Benz & Georgia Tech Stadiums-(Falcons, Hawks, Tech, GSU, Final Four, etc.), Georgia Capitol & World of Coca-cola. There is no more-central or better location!
Getting Around:
Peachtree Center Marta is 3 blocks away, its 25 minutes to the airport ($2.50), Midtown is 5 minutes, Buckhead is 10 minutes. The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. You are a 5-10 minute Uber from anything Downtown or Midtown. This condo is on the Freedom Park Trail, so you can be on the Beltline in 10 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.
Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.
AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.
Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.

This unit is totally private! You don't have to interact with anyone. Our team is available If something should come up.

Overall a great experience. Very close to the convention centers, it was nice having the door security, very easy to get in the building and access the unit.There were a handful of coffee pods for the machine, soap for the laundry, fans in every room, good tap water, comfy beds.We had two small issues, one that's probably not the landlord's fault, one that is easily remedied. The one they had control over (batteries in the door lock seemed old) they took care of the same day.The other was that the shower hot/cold taps seemed to be switched. For a 3 day trip, I doubted it would get resolved while we were there, but I have let them know about the issue. It seems like some or all of the building is undergoing some renovations, maybe this was related. We did not use parking but I never felt the parking lot was full.All around a great stay.
