Stayed a few days while I was there for a concert. Very comfortable, home feeling. The location was perfect-you can walk, get a scooter, or an uber anywhere for a few dollars.

The location is very good
1. I was staying on the 4th floor, and the room was quite noisy. The window insulation was not sufficient to block outside noise, and the windows did not seem to seal properly, as air was coming through.
2. I requested an early check-in and was charged $80 for it. However, upon arrival the apartment did not appear to be sufficiently cleaned, and the floor mats were noticeably dirty.

The apartment was very clean and stylish! It was comfortable and had a good bathroom. The tv was big and the microwave was lovely.
The building is terrible. Elevators broken and only one worked. It is getting renovated and was very unpleasant looking.
