City View Newly Renovated 5 Beds with Free Parking LM406

It was very large and spacious.

The outside area around was very run down. The parking garage was super sketchy with trash abundant. The door from hallway is an interior door and does not seem very sturdy. Lots of hallway noise during the night. Someone pulled the fire extinguisher twice so we had to go outside and wait to be let back in. The bedroom tv didn’t work and the place had a smell of old cigarette smoke.

Everything

Everything was fine.

The room was really clean and spacious. Renewed kitchen and exactly as the pictures. Highly recommended. The area (downtown) is kinda sketchy but this is not responsibility of the host it’s just an observation and of note: there is security 24 hours at the building entrance

I liked that it was close to the event we were attending that we could walk. There was a bed for everyone and 2 bathrooms. In the short amount of time that I have to find a place within walking distance, it was suitable for what we needed.

Fire alarm kept going off, 2 elevators ended offline (1 was down the entire weekend), no laundry room though it was listed it was under construction would have liked to have known that before arrival so I could have packed accordingly, bathrooms were extremely small and it looked like it was not fully completed on the finishing and caulking. Apartment was really warm tolerable but warm even with all the fans running.
