Overall the stay was wonderful other than a few minor things, such as the bathtub not sealing properly and some of the doors not quite seating properly, otherwise everything was great

This is a great space in downtown Atlanta. The host was very responsive when we needed help with the door keypad. We were in town for a concert and were able to walk to it and not have to worry about parking. The space is clean and spacious. Would book this spot again!

We booked this condo for a weekend cheerleading competition in Feb.... The area where the building is located is not a safe part of town...There were people outside walking and loitering at the building entrance all hours of the night (we could hear that along with the ambulance sirens all night as you are just a few blocks from Grady) and it had the smell of marijuana all throughout the halls. We also had concerns about the condition of the property in regard to cleanliness, appliances working etc... I contacted the host and she called me promptly and handled it very swiftly and professionally. Although the property was not what we expected and we ended up making other arrangements for our stay, the host resolved this with us which we greatly appreciated.
