2 Bedroom Fully Furnished Apartment near Emory University Hospital Midtown

Great location in bustling neighborhood. Also liked proximity to MARTA stop. Appreciate spacious bedrooms, balcony access, and laundry facilities. The property management company could not have been easier to work with or more friendly!

The peeling floor and walls of 2nd bathroom were concerning. It also seemed that the mats/rugs were not moved during cleaning because there were piles of dirt between them (kitchen, 2nd bathroom, living room)

It was good.

I loved the space of this property! It was great for one person, or even two. Spacious bed, and very comfortable too. The property was in a convenient location, not too far from Downtown. Hosts were responsive and flexible with me when I decided to book an extra night thank you! I also loved the balcony!

I did not have access to the gym which would’ve been nice! That’s it.

TV, WiFi, Fön, Küchenzeile, mit vielen Geräten (u.a. Kaffeemaschine). Grosses Schlafzimmer, grosses Wohnzimmer. Klimaanlage, Balkon.

Das Zimmer war zwar im 5. Stock, aber die Hauptstrasse unterhalb der geschlossenen Fenster war mit Rettungswagen und anderen Einsatzfz die ganze Nacht sehr laut zu vernehmen, auch mit Ohrenstöpsel und Kopfhörer. Jugendliche schienen sich Rennen zu liefern und ihre Subwoofer auszutesten. Der Zugang mit einem sog. FOB funktionierte nicht. Mit einer speziellen Guest App sollten die 3 notwendigen Türen geöffnet werden, es war manchmal etwas umständlich, wenn die Hände nich frei waren. Bei Anreise half uns eine Polizistin, ins Haus zu gelangen. Sie rief währenddessen auch beim Vermieter an. Im Aufzug roch es am Abend vor der Abreise etwas nach Urin und Müll. Wäre eine nachträgliche Ermässigung des Preises möglich?
