Location was good proximity to aquarium and other downtown attractions. Beds and other furnishings were clean and comfortable. Full sized fridge with freezer was nice. Ceiling fans in every room were helpful.
“Air conditioning” was a portable unit that was installed in one bedroom and wasn’t sufficient to keep the whole unit comfortable. There were no hooks to dry towels on or surfaces in the bathroom on which to store items (only the back of the toilet) - this was challenging for a family of four. Very limited options for storing belongings in the bedrooms - we just used the floor in many instances. We had a very hard time finding a place to source groceries - a visitor’s guide would’ve been nice. Very loud location and windows do nothing to insulate you from the street noise and sirens that are frequently heard at night. The building is old and while they tried to dress up the unit, it has an overall rundown feel to it.
