You have to call a phone # to get your room password #, no one is on site at night. It works fine , it is just a delay vs a live desk clerk.

Super cute little place, very clean. Some road noise from the hwy and train but not to bad. Got the room with the jetted tub, which was more than big enough to fit me and my fiance comfortably. Would definitely go back.
