Stayed the whole weekend with my Husband

Everything! The room was like a 5 star hotel, the breakfast was literally like eating at a restruant and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! I personally couldn't get enough of the biscuits & gravy!!! The bathroom was so classy and the whole building was so exceptional and beautiful and real wood was displayed everywhere! Loved it 100%

Not very good at all

Infested with roaches. Lock for room was out of batteries, so couldn't get in. Kiosks check in just kept sending us back to the same door with different key instead of listening to us about the door battery being dead. Roaches were so bad crawling everywhere we couldn't stay. Was supposed to stay 2 nights. Didn't happen. Very unsatisfied. Never had a problem with roaches like this in a hotel before. Sidding was coming off the building in several places. Pictures are very deceiving.

Fairbridge Sandpoint was clean, comfortable, had toilet and shower safety rail helpful for seniors.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The furniture appeared to be vintage hand-made knotty pine. The room wasn't wheelchair accessible but the toilet was chair-height and there was a safety bar to aid in getting into and out of the tub/shower -- features we sometimes didn't find in rooms that were designated as accessible! There were two chairs--the bed wasn't the only seating choice! The breakfast was presented with attention to detail and more options than usually available: 3 kinds of syrups and whipped cream for waffles, biscuits (protected from condensation) and gravy, hard-boiled eggs.

There were no empty outlets - we had to break out the power strip we travel with to connect C-PAP, phone chargers, and computer. The room was probably designed for a full bed rather than queen, so it was a bit crowded.

FairBridge Ponderay delivers excellent value for a safe and comfortable hotel.

I choose hotels based primarily on price point -- FairBridge delivers a much safer feeling at the same pricepoint as budget hotels. I especially like the free breakfast that is much better than other hotel's free breakfast. I will be back.

-Staff was excellent, kind, courteous, professional. -Pet friendly for dogs, but cats weren't allowed, because of clawing furniture and other issues. - Breakfast offered diversity of different items. -Rates were very reasonable

Very nice stay, with friendly staff. Loved how quiet it was. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner cooled the room down fast. Enjoyed the cabin/ lodge feel. Breakfast was simple but nice. Enjoyed the extra syrup flavors and toppings for the waffles. Would definitely stay here again.

The wood furniture fit the location. The bed was comfortable and the shower adequately hot.

The hot water to the tub/shower didn’t work . Called down to the front wks to see if there was a trick with the faucet since the sink was fine and the lady hung up on me!!
