Would not hesitate staying again.

WOW! really impressed! Wasn't rea;;y expecting much and they exceeded it all. Hot tub and pool are inside, fitness room. Buffet Breakfast. Room was tidy, on small side but did not matter to me. The staff always seemed happy and ready to help with any questions. Go for it you will not be disappointed!

Only complaint was TV had way too many choices, I'm old school and like local channels. I never could find those.

complicated TV control without reference instructions allowed for inadvertent disconnection, staff attempted but were unable to facilitate resolution ... shower fan switch initially worked but gave out, (just as the same type and "affordable" brand switch has failed in my own home!)

The hotel and Room were awesome, Very clean and spacious. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was the best we have ever had, the food was great and the staff was great. Pool was such a hit with my daughter as there was a Pool and 2 hot tubs and overall very clean

The breakfast is awesome. A great buffet done well! Price was $123.00 tax included, not bad!

The swimming pool was very filthy. Cloudy yellow. They have two hot tubs but unfortunately the jet pumps on both nonfunctional! It didn't look like our pillow cases were clean! The ice bucket lid looked like someone spit in it! The bed we had was not comfortable. My back was shot after!

Communication was difficult but the room and staff were great when we finally got there.

Outstanding breakfast - we were given tickets for a free breakfast at the restaurant across the parking lot. It was a very nice surprise.

We were unable to contact the hotel via Booking.com. We looked up hotel number on internet and the message on their phone directed us back to their website if we weren’t calling for a new reservation. We were just trying to let them know we’d be checking in quite a bit later than estimated at time of booking. Booking.com should be able to give us the phone number and the hotel should accept a call regarding existing reservation!

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best buffet ever! The food was warm and delicious. There was a wide variety so the meat eater, the vegetarian and the picky eater all found something they enjoyed.

Great outdoor area with fire pits connected to pool. I like that the free breakfast was from an actual restaurant. Didn’t expect to have the room cleaned!

The room smelled horrible. The pool says 18+ after 9 pm but there were kids in the pool until 10 pm. Front desk snapped at my bf for asking to turn the gas on the fire pits.

Great family pet friendly hotel

Really nice clean rooms. The staff was great. Very pet friendly. There is even a dog run area and they give out dog treats. Very quiet and comfortable. Also included breakfast at the farmhouse restaurant next door. Food was very filling and delicious.

Very clean and renovated hotel

Very clean, renovated hotel with a nice restaurant right across the parking lot. Free breakfast is also at the restaurant by using hotel vouchers. There is a nice fireplace to chill after a day at the mountain. We very enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back.
