Got very little sleep.

Location good

Room was VERY HOT when I first went in and it took forever to cool down. I had to run the fan all night, which was loud. My toilet was running all night. I informed the front desk they said they would let maintenance know, but they didn’t make an effort to fix it in the moment. the smoke detector beeped scared my dog had to go to the front desk again they did fix that issue by adding a new battery. Was woken up in the middle of the night to what sounded like a 747 landing in the room some horrendous fan type noise above me for about 15 minutes.

This was one of the very best hotel experiences I've had!!

I was delighted when I walked in and found a beautifully decorated lodge like lobby with a cozy cafe like eating area just beyond which looked out onto a wooded, snowy view. The staff members were cheerful and unflustered by the busyness of the holiday check ins. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. There were lots of choices and the kitchen staff kept everything replenished and hot. The coffee choices were very good and a special plus in my book. The aroma of fresh baked cookies! Well ......that just topped the whole experience with a cherry. They were delicious by the way 😉. We will definitely be back!!!

The dining area balcony and view were an added bonus. Breakfast was great, with many options that went above the norm like yogurt varieties and granola. Room was large, clean, and also offered an excellent view.

Great property!

We absolutely love this hotel and stay there every time we're in town. Their check-in staff is great! Always kind and knowledgeable. The very first time that we stayed there was a young man at the front desk who was absolutely amazing I wish I would have gotten his name. We stayed there again and the staff was wonderful as always they have a great breakfast!

It was a little bit difficult of a situation. My husband and I had reserved a particular room which we got which was great but unfortunately we had to change our room at the last minute (which they were able to do) however they upped the price on the same room which was not as nice. I found that kind of crappy.

Wonderful stay great staff

The property was amazing! The young man that checked us in was so personable and knowledgeable of the area with great suggestions for dinner. Our room was so clean with great amenities, The breakfast had so many great choices and the hours were extended so it wasn't over until 10:00 which was great. You could eat inside with a wonderful view or you could eat outside on the deck, They also had a BBQ available for 5.00 a day. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent staff and facility, Noisy Neighbor

It's a very wonderful Best Western to stay at. Friendly staff, quiet and out of the way and the best included breakfast that one could ever ask for. The breakfast is exceptional

There was only one problem and it was nobody's fault at the facilities. The facilities is excellent, however, on this particular trip, there was a man in the room next to ours that got on his phone and had phone conversations from 4:00 in the morning until 5:30 or 6:00 in the morning and he had a loud voice and we turned our air conditioner fan on to deaden his sound of his voice. He should have had the decency to tone it down or at least go down to the lobby to do his phone calling. He was very loud and we could hear him throughout all of his conversations. And we were trying to get some sleep. I almost called the front desk and reported him or banged on the wall and told him to tone it down a bit. It's the first time this has happened. It was nobody's fault at the facilities. The motel staff and management are the nicest people I know and I will be back

Breakfast was very good with a variety of things to eat. They also had a bag breakfast if you were in a hurry. Very close to Schweitzer mountain and Sandpoint downtown area. View at breakfast was very nice.
