Owner cancelled my longstanding booking so they could accept another booking. Leaving us having to vastly over lpay for alternative accommodation. Not acceptable. Pointless booking if you can't have confidence that they will go out your booking. They decided to allow previous guests to extend as it was worth more money to them. Expedia shouldn't allow this!

Despite appearing like this will be a modest hotel, this is in fact a shared council house. Some of the other tenants were up until 1 or 2am in the kitchen, and were very audible in the room I was staying in (Maple), and then some were up at 5:30am clattering again in the kitchen and banging doors (not making for great sleep). The mattress was lumpy as hell and I could feel almost every spring (again not great sleep). The cleaners come on a Friday and were very noisy. It was mostly clean but if you think you have an en-suite or a ‘luxury apartment’ (as one of my colleagues who was also staying here thought they had booked) think again! There is on street free parking if you can get a space, but no private parking to speak of.
