Location, close to shops and train station.
Booked 2 nights, left after 1. Hot and noisy. Access details not sent until late meaning we had no idea how to get in, poor customer service. Flat was basic, not clean, cheap and uncomfortable mattress that sagged, nothing luxury about this place. No toiletries, the hand soap in the bathroom was actually washing up liquid. Complained to the company and submitted photographs. They apologised and said they would tell the cleaner! Still trying to get early check in and late check out refunded.

Well located for the old town, clean and modern
Parking too difficult to arrange, in the end I gave up asking and parked 10 mins away which was annoying as there seems to be lots of parking available but without confirmation from the booking team parking here would risk a fine.

Second time I have stayed in this apartment, The facilities and location is great for my needs.
Maintenace was an issue on this visit. Lost hot water twice for a number of days due to issue in the complex.
As it was a general outage some communication from the host would have been appreciated rather than me having to report. Hard to get a clear answer on the issue or when would be fixed.
Second problem was the heater could not be turned off for the first 2 weeks of my stay. Host was slow to pick up on my complaint, however once they did it was promptly resolved.

Well appointed with everything we needed.
Sofa was too low for us oldies, lots of trouble getting up off it. Close to the town centre and the old town.
The noise from the roundabout on the main road right below our window! Being just up the road from the Police station and other emergency services, there were sirens going at all times of day and night.

The property is in a fantastic location and very secure. You need a fob to access everything including the lifts. The apartment itself is spotless, well decorated and very comfortable. Big tv and great wifi. You have absolutely everything you could possibly need with an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants seconds away. Communication from start to finish was top draw and I can’t recommend the whole experience enough. We will be returning next year for the same football tournament and will be booking straight back up, if forgiven about the key 😂 Thanks to Dan for everything.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to the shops in Stevenage Old Town. Secure parking, reasonably priced (£4 per day). Spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Good wifi. Even had Netflix :-)
Nothing not to like. Clear guidance, instructions from host. Had a great stay.

This was a stylish, spacious and well-appointed apartment, conveniently situated between the station and the Old Town. Everything was immaculate and easy to use. I would definitely stay here again.
Because I arrived after dark I had a little difficulty in finding the correct padlock to gain entry.

The location was very central to all my outing, shopping and other activities in Stevenage. Proximity to the city centre and the serene environment is top notch. Access to Train and bus stations and shopping malls also a plus.

Not so much the apartment, however the front door to the block malfunctioned and was not able to get back in on a couple of occasions had to wait till someone from the block came to the door. not good when the temperature was below zero. This was more unfortunate as opposed to the stay overall and to sum up I would definitely consider staying again.

Lovely 2 night stay in the property. Very well presented and modern, situated in a location close to motorways, etc for getting about. Daniel was on hand for any questions which I appreciated.

Easily accessible via car and with a Tesco-Extra some 2-3 mins away (walk), several restaurants also not far either, just on the other side of the road from Tesco and within walking distance via passage over the train station bypass in between.
Property is showing still quite new and thus well maintained overall. All the usual kitchen and cleaning facilities needed for short stays are there. Mattress is good but not your most confortable sleep -- but good white clean bedsheets. Large extensible sofa-bed. Good large towels and spare ones provided; very nice to find plenty of ice in the freezer when temperature outside was 30 degrees.
a hair dryer would've been good to have, but couldn't find one.
just a bit more attention once in a while to the cleaning aspect (bathtub was not clean - had to clean it and clean the drain myself as well; otherwise for the most other cleaning aspects it was quite good).
(lift didn't work throughout our stay, but we really didn't need it to 1st floor;)

Was really easy to collect the keys, everything was laid out in a easy to read email. The flat had everything we needed, was comfortable and spacious. Would definitely book it again.
