Good and well designed home to stay, recommended..!
Well designed and cosy place -Great Location -Fast and uninterrupted Wi-Fi -Free and convenient parking -Very clean rooms (which is most important) -Comfortable main bed (with clean sheets) -Good size bathroom -Oven -microwave -Kettle -cutlery -Laundry machine -Fridge freezer etc.
Just minor things; -tap in the shower was not easy to use (couldn’t arrange it to a lukewarm, was quite hot water) -the sofa could have a sheet on it which could be washed/replaced before a new guest

Hours of Hassle To Access the Front Door Key
Location was good, with nearby train station. Place was clean and well -appointed.
The PIN provided in confirmation email didn't work. Attempted to reach the owner via phone number provided, but received a message stating the number was unavailable, "try again later". Good times. Luckily we had a Plan B: I drove us to Letchworth to stay with relatives instead. While there, accessed my email account to discover an updated PIN had been sent. Drove back to Stevenage and successfully opened the lockbox, and entered the maisonette. There was a pervasive musty smell throughout the property, overlaid with what smelled like toilet spray. Even after I cooked bacon and eggs the following morning, the musty smell remained...rather strange, as the place is otherwise very clean.

There is 3 apartments in the building A B or C. We were not given the instructions on which one we had booked. Had to try all lock boxes to find our accommodation. No wifi instructions. I sent email for info no reply. Received an email next morning telling us it was 38A. Too late. Did not response to my emails.

A convenient and well looked after property
The accomodation was spacious and clean. We were able to sleep comfortably. The communication from the owner was good.
I didn’t know which switch to press to turn the oven on, so this may need to be pointed out to other people staying here. I would have preferred the outer door to have a lock on, as well as the one to enter this apartment.
