Perfect location

Lovely bright spacious apartment within short walking distance of Stevenage town and train station When we came home we realised our youngest had left his special blanket that he sleeps with behind- disaster! When we contacted they went above and beyond to help us get it back to him!

Clean and comfortable with a great host that was very helpful

No plastic plates and spoons for kids. Would be nice as kids can easily break the expensive plates if not closely monitored. Thanks

Some soft furnishings or decoration is needed to reduce the echo in the kitchen, dining, living area, rather than smooth surface finishings which are, yes, easily managed. A few items of microwave cookware and attention to the cleaning of pans.mAdvise future clients to take a torch for night arrivals and locating keybox.

The apartment was in a good area. The water was great for showers the towels were lovely and fluffy.

The apartment could do with an overhaul. The fans in both bathrooms were not working and the drains were a bit smelly. The beds were not the most comfortable. It does state luxury apartment. It was not luxury class. The outside of the apartment was untidy. As was the bin shed. Really did expect more as it is classed as luxury apartment. Also the kitchen utensils were not clean also the pots and pans. The rooms could do with a coat of paint. Both shower bases were not clean.

Great apartment in a great central location.

When there was a little confusion surrounding the location and PIN of the key storage box, the host was extremely helpful when I called for assistance. It was also very well placed, in terms of walking to the old town, shopping area and train station. I managed to get free street parking on the road directly outside property's carpark.

Lovely modern apartment fully equipped with all essential items needed and more. Wonderful little touches which made us feel so welcome. Would highly recommend to small families/ couples. Location is really great as the apartment is close to town centre.

Really comfortable beds, very spacious apartment, and very clean. Thoughtful extras like ice in the freezer.
