Central location with secure parking, apartment was clean and tidy.
Only provided with one building access fob which caused issues with entry to the property.
The apartment was really stuffy, portable fans were provided but didn't help much.
The beds are really low to the ground and difficult to get in and out of.
Only one set of towels and 2 toilet rolls provided for a 9 night stay.

Corner room with flow of breeze.
Two rooms and bathrooms. Great location with Tesco next door and train station across the road. Was able to get a park at long stay at beside train station across
Did not understand the boiler system. Cold showers first day. Worked it out. And cleaners explained why they turn off.
Maybe a note for traveler who never experienced this.

Location, facilities and availability - the staff are very friendly and accomodating.
Flat has everything needed.
Emails (must have had about) 9+different emails. Just send one covering everything.
Have to work the boiler yourself to get hot-water (not ideal when you are short of time), the bed was rickety, the flat is extremely hot, fan didnt work.
Two parking permits for the same space - caused admin issues (remedied quickly)

Although I booked a 1 bed room I was given a 2 bedroom which was fine. The location is good for Stevenage train station and leisure park
The appertment was ok, the cooker extractor was very greasy. When I checked out after staying 3 nights they accused me if damaging their furniture with 5 stains which I did not do, the stains where there on our arrival. All of the stains looked old. I wonder how many times they have done this and kept the £200 deposit. I am trying to get my money back via Booking.com but if that doesn't happen I will go to small claims court. Avoid this company.

The hot water was occasionally. I call and email about it and got a later respond. Todate we are still encountering the same issue, occasionally hot water. I receive two pcn. There was no parking permit available.

Location was great
The manager of the building didn't let my friend to enter to the building and also another day the management of the property come to us and acuss as of prostitution. And thrating us police if we will not leave apartment ASAP. That was unpleasant.

Bad communication too many key codes to even get in very stressful. keys did not open door only to be told by the cleaner keys were for another apartment fobs not enough given for my family doors not working to the front of the property no key code given to return keys so had to have set cut to lock door and leave both sets in room filthy dirty carpets all crockery and kitchen ware not cleaned concierge had bad attitude and precious with key codes did not answer door was on door step for ten mins and another guest let me in the list goes on and on and the price is a rip off I’m sorry if your paying top dollar you expect top facilities

The location of the apartment was excellent and felt so comfortable that we extended the stay by another day. The welcome pack was very helpful and glad it was there. I will use this company and book this accommodation again, when I am next in the area.
There were a few key codes to enter, park and collect key. But a good information 7 pages was provided (would have been better to have all the codes on 'one page' (had to carry around all the 7-pg document)
