No hot water and contacted them twice and got a text to be patient, next to contrstuction site, quite dirty place and they do charge you £100 for cleaning. Need refurb as walls pretty bad.

Luxurious town centre flat with amazing beds, perfect for families!
Exceptional location in the heart of the town centre, located inside a secure apartment block with a concierge, multiple lifts, park & rubbish disposal on site. The host is very kind & attentive & responds immediately to any queries. The flat itself is a very good size 2 bed, 2 bathroom property, that's been finished to an extremely high standard. Having two sofa beds in the living room was an added bonus in terms of comfort. The beds & bedding were of the highest quality & the mattresses we some of the comfiest I've ever experienced. Overall a very luxurious feel with amazing WiFi & adjustable heating throughout, as well as being extremely soundproofed. We stayed for 2 weeks as a family with a toddler & it was really perfect for our needs.
Although the check in instructions were quick & easy, you're directed to enter the flat via the front entrance next to Tesco. This entrance is a very long walk to the opposite end of the building and involves a lot of stairs & heavy doors, so is very inaccessible if you have a lot of luggage. There is another entrance on the corner of Swingate that has a lift leading you directly outside the flat and involves minimal stairs & doors. Pro tip, if you have a lot of luggage, ask the host about the other back entrance to save yourself from sore legs :)
