Overall our one night was excellent. If we had one complaint (and it’s a small one) the room we had faced afternoon sun and it was very hot in the room. Even with the fan on overnight it didn’t get cool enough for a great sleep.

Modern hotel, everything that you'd need is provided but I found my bed to be uncomfortable, the shower quite weak and the cooked breakfast very poor quality, although to be fair there were other breakfast options. Service at times was absolutely woeful. Doubt I'll be booking again.

Checked in after 9pm. Originally given wrong room which had a broken window that looked out onto the bar patio area. The noise from the patio area was very loud and with a window that would not close meant we would not get sleep. Expressed concerns to reception and she was not interested in helping the situation just that she would send the manager to the room to close the window. 25 minutes pass and the manager did not appear. I returned to reception only to be told he's in a manager and cannot be interrupted. This went on for nearly an hour before I went and found the manager myself and insisted he deal with the situation. When I found the hotel manager on duty and I asked for his assistance in reception his replay was "does it have to be now?". A totally unprofessional response while already in a bad situation. Eugene, the manager was unprofessional in other ways, he was wearing running shoes with his suit and could not be any less caring of the situation, only coming up with excuses that were invalid and passing sly comments such as "let's go to the new room and see if it's up to your standard." This entire saga went on until after 11pm and the staff were not caring at all and did not want to attempt to fix the situation until I started to demand a full refund. The room along with the broken window was also the smallest bed type after I had paid more for the large bed and the lights in the room were flickering because they were broken. Would advise others avoid.

The fire alarm went off at 2am due to someone smoking in the room. This really ruined my night as I had been on the road since 4am and travelled hundreds of miles in the car. Unfortunate

Lovely clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good size rooms. Comfortable beds. Dinner and breakfast very good. Room a little hot and fans supplied but didn’t make much of difference. Always stay here while travelling to north. Would recommend

We booked this hotel because it appeared at the top of Expedia recommend list. And I definitely p left a message to the hotel during the booking and requested a quieter room not facing to the traffic. But in reality we were allocated a room just on the side of the traffic. We couldn't get sleep properly. In addition to that, due to no aircon, we had no choice but leave the small fan on over the night, even on no.1, the level of noise from the motor was terrible. Furthermore, the hotel is still using the duvets and pillows with down feather in such hot weatheo. Three combined factors made our staying experience awful. Therefore, such condition doesnot justify its level of charge at all. Very dissapointed customers.

The property is difficult to navigate once inside. Small elevators, narrow hallways. The stairs are filthy and take you outside at the end of the building, making you walk outside to the front to get back in. Rooms are hot and noisy with people dining and traffic.

This was the 2nd stay at the hotel. We had a few problems with the room which were sorted out quickly. But the room was not up to the same standard as the last time we stayed in April 2025. The room was very hot, and would benefit from AC, a fan doesn’t help.

Hotel specialised in weddings - so big noisy crowds. I selected because Hotels.com listing says they have a gym but this is incorrect. There is a gym nearby and you pay 8 euros per visit. The gym is huge and well equipped but it's not on site and you have to fill in 2 forms each time you visit. They should change their listing
