Beautiful place but needs some attention to detail !

We Expected cooked breakfast,on arrival we where informed continental breakfast.On arrival

On arrival the room was very cold,would have thought heating should have been on for arrivals. We where informed at check-in that the hot water would take time to come through,we waited and waited and gave up!

Beautiful surroundings, Spotless, comfortable and homely.

Location was great, short walk to centre of town. Spotlessly clean ,comfortable and spacious room with great bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries, everything we needed was there. Wendy was an amazing host, made us feel so welcome and nothing was a problem to her. Beautiful breakfast (continental), loads of food to eat.

Felt more like staying in a boutique hotel than a B&B.

Beautiful location short walk from beautiful Carlingford Lough. Breakfast was excellent, quality produce cooked well, if you like bacon we'll cooked you should ask for that when ordering breakfast.

Beautiful facility. Well manicured gardens, nice breakfast, although basic condiments were missing. Nice spacious rooms. Plenty parking.

Host had a face of thunder upon arrival as we were early to drop our suitcases. Not suited for hospitality. No farewell either. Early drilling for camera installation should happen after check out not at 08:30. 16:00 check in is unacceptable at the rate charged.

This property is amazing! Wendy (the host) was lovely, very professional and took a genuine interest in us as guests. Room was very comfortable and homely. The breakfast was incredible - the food was freshly made, including homemade jams and fruit! Location was great and easy walk to town.

Very short stay en route to the Open.Golf

Lovely room, walking distance in to the centre of Carlingford, plenty of parking. We didn't get to sample the breakfast because we were leaving at 7 for the Open in Portrush, and breakfast wasn't available at thar time.

Fantastic B&B would definitely stay again

This place was absolutely fantastic. The entire property inside and out is so well maintained and cared for with beautiful gardens. The house is immaculate. Bedroom and en-suite so beautiful with rich finishing and beautiful touches in rooms which often hotels lack.

Possible later breakfast say to 10.30/11am but not major issue.
