Reception staff and facilities are excellent and always very clean.
We stay frequently at Scarman and are always very satisfied with our stays.
The only point I would make, is that we always feel under pressure to vacate our room before 10.00 during the week, with house keeping staff knocking and sometimes entering our room even though we put out the appropriate sign to indicate that we are still using the room.
We are not conference attendees - we stay for other reasons and therefore do not need to vacate our room early than the 10.00 deadline.

I didn't actually have bfst so can't comment but didn't have that option. Overall, good friendly staff, comfortable and well spaced rooms. Main criticism hence not 5 stars - v poor WiFi for the room (132) I was in.
