I like the story behind the property and the location
I did not like how unsecure the main front door is … the latch is extremely loose and flimsy … and sometimes the front door is open completely and can be opened without putting in the code.
The ability to turn heating on within the room wasn’t available
their is also a considerable amount of bird poo within the window frame which was unpleasant to find.

The property is situated in the city centre with easy access to the historical sites and plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby.
It was a standard double bed with one side pushed against the wall, this made it awkward for one person to get in and out of bed. The room was very warm with a window that could not be opened.
As general information and It didn’t bother us but there are two stories of stairs up to our room. It may be a struggle for people with disabilities.

Excellent, central location. Clean room.
Entry areas, corridors and room are dated and in need of a refresh. For example, bathroom flooring is peeling from the walls. The room isn't hugely light and the towels pillows and mattress are a little soft.
