Nice place but room for improvement.

Its a nice an comfortable place, great location just near st Mary's. The room was cozy.

A few things needs improvement. There were only one of everything like one fork, one cup etc etc. No refill of bin-bags, and we had to call about more toilet paper. But the worst thing was that we were without heating and hot water for a full day and night, the plummers didn't want to come and fix it until the next day. The contact with the university personal was pleasant though.

Location excellent and room had all needed. Only one window - skylight. It was very clean.

Bathroom sink too small - however I guess there is insufficient room for a bigger one. TV was adequate, but rather small screen.

This accommodation is unsuitable for mature people due to stairs discomfort noise & safety

Very uncomfortable bed & bedding very noisy from local bars ,lots of stairs to climb to the room ,no windows in room only a very small skylight which was a struggle to open also a serious situation if a fire was to break out in the building this was a huge concern for us. This accommodation is within a building of apartments housing permanent residents so there was lots of comings & goings…Keyless accommodation so we met no staff at all, I payed €250 for 3 nights stay but only stayed 1 night due to an emergency back home I messaged owner to explain & got no reply , very rude!!

Not good if you're looking for a peaceful nights sleep

Central location, clean, and I had my own little kitchenette including a fridge which was great. The heating was on which was pleasant.

I stayed on Friday and Saturday nights and I didn't realise the property was just above bars that played incredibly loud music up until about 1am. It made the walls and floor vibrate from how loud it was, I could hear it despite my earplugs. So wasn't a great sleep as I couldn't sleep until the music was gone. You should warn people and supply earplugs. I wouldn't stay again because of this reason. There was also a cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom. Rowdy people outside, didn't feel very safe at night

How close I was to city centre for shopping and restaurants and the cathedral, the room was good and strange to get a message for codes and the room had everything i needed

Fantastic staff but disappointing accommodation

The staff on both the helpline and the security team who helped fix the issues that we had were excellent. Very professional and polite. The location is great, very central, close to the Cathedral, shops and university.

My mistake was that I didn't realise when I booked this was that this is student accommodation and the building is a warren of corridors. We had rooms 13 and 14 which were right at the top of the building and the only natural light came from small skylights in the ceiling. The rooms were clean but incredibly hot even though the heating was not on (fans were in the rooms though so this helped a bit). The first issue was that there was no power lead for the tv, I called the helpline and this was resolved within an hour. There were no working lights in the corridor so you had to use your phone torch to guide your way and use the keypad on the room doors. Security did make a note of this and there was someone repairing the lights on the morning that we left. We later realised that there was no hot water in either room, this was reported to the helpline and security came later in the evening to fix this. My handbasin also blocked, security were unable to fix this and they reported it but it wasn't fixed before I left. I would like to reiterate how great all the staff were but unfortunately I would not stay here again.

Very affordable accomodation for a few days to Coventry (for ONE person)

Definitely one of the best possible locations (centre) for an affordable price. To have the comfort of the fridge is great as the hotels usualy have not one.

The room is small (which is not the problem) but maybe the equipment can be moved somehow as sitting with the table on the big chair is not very comfortable in such a little space.

Excellent location, clean and easy to access.

The fridge was so noisy and kept me awake all night. Was unable to unplug as it was concealed. The pillows were about 1½ thick so had to put my coat under them and the room was very grubby looking. A link of paint would work wonders.

Fair price for a fair room

The room was clean, and excellently positioned for the city centre and the night life. No noise issue whatsoever, despite central location, excellent windows I guess. Shower is epic, hot water plentiful, bed linen firm but comfortable. Downside - only a very small window which doesnt open in the room, so no ventilation at all - and the heater was on full blast on arrival which made the room unbearably hot. had to prop the door open in the end it was that bad, even after we turned the heater off completely. small fan in the room helped a smidge. having to sleep with it on at the begining of April is wierd. only one pillow each, and one toilet roll for the room for 2 night stay. maybe, more than one teaspoon, and one glass would be handier. lots of stairs too (2 flights), so while it was ok for us, may not have been for others.

Old County Court was in a prime location next to Coventry Cathedral.

We were given a room on the 2nd Floor and I have mobility issues. The lights weren't coming on in the corridor and couldn't be fixed until the following day when we were leaving. The bed was positioned against the wall meaning my husband had to slip down to get out of bed.

Central location but very noisy at night with garbage collction of surrounding pubs and also noise from a external pump may be for sewage

The mirror in the toilet is at a height so normal person cannot see his face the water basin is so small if you want to wash your face all the water spills out. There is no window only the roof window you open with a rod Utensils are sparce one water glass for 2 Changing and cleaning never regular
