The Dakota

Clean comfortable single room with well appointed bathroom and toilet en suite. Shower worked well. Tea and coffee provided mug, kettle and glass for drinking.Towels and toiletries very good. Ample parking well laid out with allocated room number on the car park space. Cosy bed. Safe area and Chinese next door convenient for takeaway. Reasonable prices. Room needs a fan though, would advise anyone staying in summer to bring one as it's not great to leave windows open in Covemtry! Bins outside need emptying and detract from outside sitting space. All in all would definitely recommend. Quiet house secure and safe. Hassle free stay.

Great property with secure parking and spacious apartment at a great price. Easy to find and access. Comfy bed. Small but clean bathroom. Good wifi. Very quiet in a small village just outside Coventry, near the airport. Passage through to rear car park is quite tight so make sure that you go slowly.

Room was lovely & perfect for me as travelling for work. Could’ve perhaps used a dust in places & there were tea splashes on the wall near the kettle but overall was clean. Will be staying here again as ideal location for my office.

The accommodation was clean and spacious. Communication on how to access the accommodation was clear and concise. There was plenty of parking.
