A warning to anyone considering this hotel: avoid it at all costs. I had fully booked and paid for a weekend stay, yet upon arrival I was told the hotel was “full.” Shak Rukh, the person supposedly responsible for reservations, kicked us out of the hotel and dumped us in a replacement accommodation that was nowhere near the standard we paid for. When we immediately reported how unacceptable the situation was, we were denied any refund, as if their mistake was our responsibility. This behavior is not just unprofessional — it borders on fraudulent. The complete lack of accountability, respect, and basic hospitality is shocking. Future guests should seriously reconsider before trusting this hotel with their money, their plans, or even their dignity.

Rooms not cleaned properly. There were clear stains on the floors. The food quality in the restaurant is very poor. Limited choices and food was always cold. Even after I complained about the temperature of the food, nothing appeared to have been done. It was the same for every meal, breakfast or dinner the food was cold. How is it acceptable to serve cold soup?

We had noise from the club next door - which wake us up late at night. This was an inconvenience. Otherwise - it was a very nice place.

Male staff member who checked us in was rude, he did not engage in conversations or greet us, only asked for our passports. He then advised our room was not ready even though we arrived after 3pm and check in was at 2pm. That was no issue for us but there was no apology or no offer of water/tea/coffee while we waited. We were just told to wait. Other than the poor check in experience everything else was fine and the housekeeping staff were all pleasant. OK place to stay for 1/2 nights

Area was too busy and hectic and I personally don’t like that but some might love it so it’s personal preference. Breakfast was horrible though. I expect fresh juice at five star not box juice and fresh bakery items baked at the hotel instead of smelly supermarket item. Breakfast was disgusting and tasteless

Comfortable and stylish small hotel in Abu Dhabi with nice pool and clean rooms. Disappointed by no hot water in bathroom (pretty fundamental!), no electricity sockets working on bed side of the room, and steam room and sauna were Out of Order - which was very frustrating as we had booked this hotel for the facilities. We arrived after midnight and we were allowed a late check-out to 1:30pm

In the morning at 9 am i could not get a coffee, in the lobby coffeeshop was no staff, then when i needed to use business center - they could not provide passwords for the computers for 15 minutes, when i needed to print documents - there was no paper in the printer and no people around to help. The property itself is good, just little things show not professional management.

Second time staying here. This hotel is great. The restaurant was strange and it seemed hard to get service but there are many other dining options that you can easily walk to. There is also usually a taxi parked out front so it’s easy to get around if you don’t have a car. The hotel will also call a taxi for you if there isn’t one. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Service in the hotel is 10/10. Definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel is very beautiful and clean. The location is wonderful on the marina. Sunset walks along the marina are nice and there are lots of close restaurants. The hotel restaurant was very strange. It was upscale and beautiful, but the service was confusing. Lots of staff but nobody would approach us. We got asked for our room number four times in five minutes and the wait staff still seemed confused. Food was decent but both orders were incorrect. Recommend checking out some of the the other restaurants along the marina instead

Excellent place ! I was welcomed and checked in by Mr. Ibrahim who was very professional and welcoming. Quick and effortless check in with lots of chatting and laughter, felt so welcomed. The room was amazing, very comfortable bed , blinds that blacks out light and an out of the world view. The toilet had a well designed tub that was very comfortable and for the first time I don’t experience an issue with water temperature fluctuations in Abu Dhabi. I was able to hear the neighbours through the walls in few occasions when they were loud. Catch the sunrise with the breakfast for an amazing view. The breakfast buffet was full of options that are nice and would fit all tastes. Nothing extraordinary but overall decent collection and well rounded chefs. They had a show on the pool one evening that was very nice to watch and a lady playing the harp in the lobby some evenings. The only thing I didn’t like much was the location of my room door to the motion sensors. I had to walk in the dark until half way through the corridor for the motion sensor to light up. The staff are helpful and professional, very well trained and managed. Parking spaces are sufficient for many cars. At the hotel door they have a small bench which the delivery riders use to sit and wait for customers to pick up their orders, I found that to be so nice and humanely.. one doesn’t see that much.
