Nice hotel

It’s a very modern and fresh building with great amenities, private beach and lots of restaurants. Hotel staff really friendly and nice, for breakfast you can choose stay on the property for a set menu or go the buffet in the Intercontinental hotel. We stayed here for the Abu Dhabi Marathon and requested extra help due to the traffic and it was very nicely done.

Quite a pity most of the balcony rooms are smoking rooms

The tv was small 😭 wish it was bigger and I wanted to extend but their prices were not affordable. I wouldve loved to stay another day but it was fully booked.

Luxurious experience

The pool was amazing and the staff were helpful, professional and friendly. In particular the friendly staff at breakfast Sangita was charming and always attentive. We looked forward to breakfast with the gorgeous view of the palm trees. Top notch facility! Also had a fun drive with the golf car to the next breakfast venue. Amazing unforgettable experience! The room was like a home instead of a hotel room. Felt like I was in a presidential suite !!

Hotel is new, room is spacious & clean, toilet is wide and toiletries are of high end brand. Facilities like gym, swimming pool, sauna are excellent.

If you plan to hold a party here, i don’t suggest because they are very strict with visitors. unlike other hotels visitors can come and go anytime. There is a time limit for visiting hours.

مستوى 3 في بوكينق وتعطوني غرفة الحمام فيها ماتقدر تدخله من صغر المسافة بين الباب والجدار وانا نحيف ؟؟؟ والسعر مبالغ فيه ! هذا غير الازعاج عند الخروج من الساعة 12 الظهر يتصلون اطلع اطلع فيه زبون حاجز الغرفة والمشكلة الفندق فاضي والله ماشفت الا شخصين والبهو فاضي مرة طلعت اكثر من مرة ماشفت الا شخصين فقط التكييف ثابت وغير متحرك لاتستطيع الجلوس على كرسي الغرفة بسبب التكييف نازل عليك كان الحجز مع بوفيه وعند النزول للافطار رفضوا الدخول للافطار وبعد التدقيق والاتصال بالاستقبال تم التأكيد لهم بانه يوجد حجز مسبق للافطار مع الغرفة وقالوا نوديكم للفندق الفرع القديم فيه افطار الفطور هنا محدود لم يكن التعامل راقي ابدا يوجد صور

كل مرافق الفندق كانت جميلة ورائعه وكل شي بالفندق كان جديد،،الغرف كانت جداً كبيرة وواسعه ونظيفه،ودوراة المياة كانت واسعه ونظيفه وجديده وموقع الفندق جداً ممتاز ورائع ويوجد مواقف للسيارات وخدمة صف لها

الخدمة جداً سيئه وبطيئه بالنسبه للعاملين في الفندق والمطاعم والمطبخ لايرقى لان يكون بفندق 5 نجوم
