The hotel was amazing — I loved the spacious and comfortable room, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere. Everything felt very well taken care of, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel

The room was lovely, very comfortable with a sea view balcony. Surprised us with room decoration and a cake delivered to the room which was a lovely touch. The Lebanese restaurant was outstanding, beautiful fresh food and reasonably priced. Pool foam party was fun!

The cabanas that are featured on the booking page are not free, I didn’t enquire how much. To have a floating tray breakfast the cost is 400 AED which at half that price would still be expensive. The breakfast and dinner buffet was not great, for the beautiful surroundings I would have expected better quality.

I absolutely loved my stay here! it was the perfect choice for our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. We were warmly welcomed by a kind gentleman named Omar, who went above and beyond by giving us a complimentary upgrade. To top it off, the hotel surprised us with a special slice of cake, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly made our stay memorable. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding, and the gym was well-equipped and clean. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the Celebrity restaurant, which serves delicious Lebanese food. The staff there were fabulous, attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!

I booked a King Deluxe Suite and everything was beyond expectations. The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious, and the balcony was incredibly large with a breathtaking sea view. The hotel is perfect for relaxation, and the staff were very professional. Special thanks to Nirvana for her outstanding service and quick assistance — she truly made my stay even better.

The rooms design looks old, didn't like the carpet, the coffee corner took most of the table space, the toilet seat sticks to the wall, room doesn't have proper sound proof we heard everything next door, the light in the bathroom mirrors were not working

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Royal M Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Habbie, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly and helpful, even surprising me with a complimentary upgrade. The hotel's prime location in Al Bateen near popular restaurants like Tashas and Saddle added to the overall convenience. There is no beach nearby but the hotel provided free transfer to Hudaryiat beach daily. The pool area, complete with cabanas and sun loungers, provided a relaxing retreat ☀️

However, it's worth noting that the hotel is situated near a lively nightclub that operates throughout the week, leading to potential noise disturbances in certain rooms. I recommend contacting the reception to ensure a quieter stay. Despite changing rooms three times during my stay, the overall experience was positive. Nevertheless, it's crucial to highlight that the interior decoration of the rooms is in need of a prompt upgrade. The outdated furnishings detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere, suggesting that a renovation would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. While the Royal M Hotel holds a 5-star rating, there were some aspects that fell short of high standards. The rooms exhibited older furnishings, and the automatic sink proved to be more of an inconvenience. Additionally, housekeeping services were very slow, requiring multiple calls for basic amenities like towels and face towels. Despite these minor drawbacks, my overall experience was positive, thanks to the accommodating staff and strategic location.
