Amazing and large pool area

Great pool area - large and clean. Really liked the quality dates and Arabic coffee served in the lobby daily - nice touch. Hotel is located in a slightly remote location, which means it's quiet, but if you were to walk to the corniche, it takes around 40 minutes. Breakfast and dinner are very good, although not outstanding.

Only very simple filtered coffee served for breakfast is not of a 5 star hotel standard. Furthermore, I had to chase staff and ask for coffee, instead of being asked and offered one.

Perfect and enjoyable stay

Perfect from A-Z very spacious room for a standard double room. Room has all the amenities you need. The gym is great for an early morning work out they even have a steam bath and sauna. Didn’t try the food in the restaurants but everything else was great. Friendly and efficient staff. Location is nice with lots of coffee shops and outside restaurants. Will definitely come back.

Great bedrooms, but that’s it

The rooms were spacious and clean and a very comfortable bed, the wonderful lady at reception kindly upgraded us to a sea facing room which was wonderful, huge bathtub aswell which was lovely.

The staff by the pool and in the restaurants were absolutely awful. The staff in the towel tent didn’t speak English so couldn’t understand our request for a towel. The outdoor restaurant we waited for 30 minutes for service and when we asked if they were still serving food just stared at us blankly. At breakfast the next morning even though we were paying extra for breakfast we were told coffee lattes were not included and we would be charged extra for them which is very bizzare! And again it took them 20 minutes to acknowledge us so I had to go up to the desk to order. Just a shambles service wise. I also don’t like the fact that if you’re a paying staying guest at the hotel you only get access to the single beds at the back and the nicer sun loungers again are at an extra cost, just ruins the experience really.

A great place to stay if you’re in Abu Dhabi. Clean, spacious, great views and friendly staff!

The location was great, the room was spacious and clean, the cleaning staff were always accommodating. Moustafa serving the coffee, Shahid at the front desk and Mohamed the night duty manager were standouts. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was a memorable one. The upgrade to a sea view room was greatly appreciated!

A nice stay

A nice and comfortable hotel. We had an issue with the shower in our room, but the staff quickly moved us to another room. Breakfast was well-stocked with plenty of choice, and the pool was really beautiful. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The breakfast was excellent, and the room was spacious and distinctive. The view was good, and everything was satisfactory.

Beautiful hotel

The room was lovely, very comfortable with a sea view balcony. Surprised us with room decoration and a cake delivered to the room which was a lovely touch. The Lebanese restaurant was outstanding, beautiful fresh food and reasonably priced. Pool foam party was fun!

The cabanas that are featured on the booking page are not free, I didn’t enquire how much. To have a floating tray breakfast the cost is 400 AED which at half that price would still be expensive. The breakfast and dinner buffet was not great, for the beautiful surroundings I would have expected better quality.

Real Review! Don’t think too much just go for it!

I absolutely loved my stay here! it was the perfect choice for our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. We were warmly welcomed by a kind gentleman named Omar, who went above and beyond by giving us a complimentary upgrade. To top it off, the hotel surprised us with a special slice of cake, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly made our stay memorable. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding, and the gym was well-equipped and clean. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the Celebrity restaurant, which serves delicious Lebanese food. The staff there were fabulous, attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!

A perfect stay with excellent service, comfort, and stunning sea views.

I booked a King Deluxe Suite and everything was beyond expectations. The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious, and the balcony was incredibly large with a breathtaking sea view. The hotel is perfect for relaxation, and the staff were very professional. Special thanks to Nirvana for her outstanding service and quick assistance — she truly made my stay even better.
