I put this Hotel for my friends. They’re coming from india and they asked me to book behalf of them.. but due to some emergency, they cannot catch the flight. I requested to Agoda to help us to change the date or refund us, but they refused. They say Hotel refused.! what kind of horror it is ! Definitely will not go back no matter I am the member but this location I will not! Thanks

This establishment does not meet the expected standards associated with the Hilton brand. The air conditioning was non-functional in the hallways and elevators, and the fitness center was inadequately equipped, featuring only a single bench and two treadmills, with no staff present. Furthermore, the culinary offerings in the Executive Lounge were unsatisfactory, and the guest rooms lacked a distinct separation between the bathroom and bedroom areas.

We had high expectations for our first stay with the Hilton chain, but the experience felt far more like a low-tier transit hub than a 5-star hotel. Right from the start, there was no doorman or bell service present to help with luggage. Front desk staff initially tried to claim our reservation didn't include breakfast, only conceding once we pressed the matter. On top of that, constant elevator queues meant waiting in lines just to get upstairs. While the King Guest Room was roomy and the bed was fine, the overall design felt bare and uninviting, complete with a small, awkward futon on one corner. The mini-fridge was virtually useless, running at 17°C, which maintenance simply shrugged off as normal for an "eco" unit. Breakfast was underwhelming: Watery, dried-out scrambled eggs, limited selections, a messy shared jar of butter that felt unhygienic, and a service team that was inattentive and struggled to communicate in English. Please note that ride-hailing apps tend to setup the pickup point out on the open street curb instead of the sheltered entrance. If the weather is bad, message your driver immediately after booking so that they pull into the covered lobby driveway. We won't be staying here again and will be steering clear of the brand in the future.
