The rooms were very clean and pleasant. Brian and all the staff were great, helpful and nothing was a problem. ANOTHER WONDERFUL STAY. We will be back for sure.

Barry the manager was so welcoming and friendly, the room was exactly like the pictures. Food was delicious. Will definitely return.

The hotel was ideally positioned with easy access to the Torbay area although difficult without your own transport.
On arrival we were asked to pay an additional £40 for the dog which I understood was in the price we paid in advance and were then charged for a cup of tea and a cup of coffee with our £12 Breakfasts when we left which was the first time I have ever come across this charge as it has always been included with a breakfast.
