Perfect for what we needed to visit family local to the keyberry

Perfect
It was perfect for what we wanted, could come and go as we wanted, parking was tight but ok, very comfortable and clean, we did not eat in, but it was there if we wanted it, surprisingly no noise with the pub down stairs, we would recommend it for any one wanting a base to explore from or use like us as somewhere to stop with family near by

good location for me, as close to Newton Abbot and on Torquay side of town, great access to area.
good location for what I needed (to look at area and properties to rent for relocation.) Nice hotel, there is seperate access if you dont want to walk through bar area, and good staff, breakfast was not included in acommodation price, but was provided and was good.

A sensibly priced place to stay for a night or two
Breakfast was very tasty and good value
I have stayed here before and knew what to expect. This is an older property that needs improvement to the plumbing system. The water to the washbasin ran very slowly so I didn't even try the shower. There was a bright green light near the door that was on all night that kept me awake.

Convenient for our visit but a bit more TLC needed.
Staff were friendly but it was a bit awkward checking in at the bar in the pub, especially as there was a crowd watching a football match on TV. Appreciate that the owners are fairly new and are trying to 'reinvigorate' the Keyberry both for locals and visitors but the decor and facilities are somewhat basic at present.
Parking a bit tight, breakfast was OK but self serve tea & coffee again a bit basic.

Fine for a stay to visit family.
It’s an old pub so facilities are a bit dated. The shower wasn’t very powerful. The staff were great,cheerful and welcoming. Breakfast was reasonably priced and tasty. Good pint of Guinness available.
A better shower would be good. The power wasn’t up to much and it seemed to run hot then cold. Other than that it was ok . Very convenient for us visiting family. They also very kindly gave our granddaughter a Christmas selection box.n

Clean and cosy with a great bar and fantastic staff.
Only down side was emergency exit sign illuminating in the room. I like a totally dark room to sleep.
