I was not at all impressed. When we arrived, the hotel was under construction. Work trucks, workers and their things everywhere. At least there were plenty of signs telling where the front desk was. The girl working the front desk was efficient, but friendly she was not. The room was clean, but very small. The beds were very hard. If you're afraid of small spaces, then you wont like the toilet. Hotel currently being renovated. Room 102 toilet was very smelly, mouldy spots on bed sheets. Separate loo and shower, have to go into shower from bedroom no privacy toilet might as well have been in the bedroom as could hear everything. Good points: Air conditioning worked. Plenty of free parking Nice pizza restaurant by hotel reasonably priced.

I was taking care of some family business and needed a place to stay. No frills, but all the essentials. Like a motel with plenty of parking, close to highway. Good breakfast in the morning. A little bar for an evening drink. A pizzeria and a steakhouse just next to it (were not open due to covid). Not much to do around as the hotel is in a Z.A. Was recently renovated. Room is a little small but functional. Bedding is comfortable. Good WiFi and TV with plenty of channels. Staff is very friendly. I liked the place.

Clean comfortable room at reasonable price. Receptionist not very helpful, she charged us £1 more than agreed Expedia price, gave us a room that was not ready for occupancy, went back to reception and was given another room which would not open with the code she gave us. Went back to reception again and she said I should ask one of the cleaners to sort out the problem. Cleaners obviously couldn't understand my poor French and came back to reception with me to get instructions and then we finally got into our room. Had meal in L'Atelier Steakhouse which is joined to the hotel, the food came out of a freezer and was not cooked long enough still ice cold on the inside, they re heated it and brought it back but very disappointing. We might as well have gone to the McDonalds next door at least it would have been cheap instead of being expensive crap. If you just want a budget hotel room though it was fine

This hotel provides a good standard for the budget price paid. But if you are only sleeping there for one night it is fine. Everything works but is very basic. Breakfast is OK for the price charged. Choice of restaurants within a few hundred metres, with discount vouchers for hotel guests.

Unless a vehicle is available it is impossible to travel around this location which is in an industrial area. Even though the hotel claims that there is bus services, it was not visible or easy to locate. Taxi services were almost non existent. If you arrive on a weekend especially Sunday, DO NOT expect to rely on public transportation! It exists not.Hotel is pricey to be a budget hotel. Room was too small, bare essentials, only 2 towels provided, even if requested for additional. No other toiletries except a combo of shower gel/shampoo and a bar soap.Bed was ok.The only good thing that the meals out of the vending machine was superb and great quality. The salmon was very good portion as was beef. It was so good its unbelievable! Certainly hard to find in a restaurant in UK!The cheapest car rental was from Europecar located in Haguenau. It costs €120. Do not even waste time going to Avis, they asked for €2000 deposits and further €258 for 5 days rentals.It cost 020€ for 5 hours parking at train station! And hospitals was 2 hours free and 1st hours free in centre ville.Its so easy to travel by train to Strasbourg.I love Haguenau.

Functional basic accommodation. No reception desk after 9pm. Wifi was too slow to use in the evening even after 12.00. Was able to connect in morning. Fair size Carpark, plenty of places to eat nearby. Basics breakfast, in keeping with the cost of staying here. No points offered for Accor loyalty card holders
