The airconditioning

There was a party with very very loud music in the evening / night in the hotel restaurant. We were not warned by the staff so that night was just terrible. There were stains on the desk and floor and in the drawer of the desk there was rice everywhere and some plastic garbage. When i entered the bathroom there was pee in the toilet and the shower floor was full of hair. Breakfast was way too expensive for what u’ve got. Little croissants and pain au chocolate that were dry, as if they were laying there for 3 days. Very limited options to choose from. I complained to the staff about everything, especially about the party. I paid alot for a very bad experience and they were not willing to compromise. I will not come back here.

It's right next to the Haguenau train station, so really easy to get to.

The room was smaller than what I had originally booked: only one bed instead of two. I travelled alone, so it was fine, but had asked a friend to join, who eventually declined. Would have been awkward then. They should notify me about such changes before I arrive. Especially since the reception desk closes at 7 p.m. already, so there was no one to talk to when I got there.

Convenient location near city center. Short walk to markets and restaurants.

Limited desk hours...not sure if this was typical or COVID-related. Anais was exceptional, however.

Great location, surprisingly fun amenities, comfortable room.

This hotel had very friendly, multi-lingual staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We reserved the spa/pool area both days of our stay and that was really nice to take a break during the day. The location on the other side of the river from the city center is quiet and convenient. We ate in the restaurant as well one night and that was tasty and easy.

Very minor...a small refrigerator in the room would have been a welcome addition.

Wonderful room

Wondeful room. Completely renovated, spacious and with all modern comforts. We loved the electric blinds, the new bathroom and the ac. 10++ to our room! The parking soace is easily accessible and quite hidden, which was a big + for us. From the hotel it is literally 2 mind walking to the main square and all main shops. There is also a supermarket next to it. Highly recommended.

Entrance of the hotel is small and it gets akward when people come in and do not wear masks!

Idéal pour une étape et visite de Strasbourg.

Chambre très propre et calme, volet automatique pour occulter la fenêtre. Situé juste en face de la gare (train toutes les 20 minutes pour Strasbourg), à 5 minutes du centre ville. Parking.

Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain. Petit-déjeuner pourrait être plus varié.

Le dédale des possibilités d'entrée et sortie. Je suis rentré par le restaurant et ressorti par le bar ... Le prix du petit déjeuner. Le prix reste cher pour ce type d'hôtel.

Excellent accueil Situation pratique : devant la gare, et à 5 minutes du centre-ville Chambre assez petite mais confortable Petit déjeuner copieux (fromage locaux !)

Wir sind nicht verärgert, aber iVm dem Novotel Metz sehr enttäuscht.

Die Lage am Rand des Centrums war gut. Als Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ebenso gut.

Das Frühstück ist dem Preis von € 13 je Person in keiner Weise gerecht geworden. Die Qualität war gut, aber das Angebot sehr schmal, jeden Tag identisch und in keiner Weise einem klassischen kontinentalen Frühstück gerecht. Der Parkplatz war für meine größere Limousine nur deshalb nutzbar, weil er nie voll war.

Prima hotel. We boeken hier altijd als we naar Haguenau gaan. Gezellige bar naast het Hotel waar je 's avonds nog iets kunt drinken. Parkeerplaats achter het hotel
