Not even a drinking glass in the room. Paper cups, ohh my god. Went to the reception to ask friendly for real glasses and was scrubbed off. Finally went to the bar /restaurant and carefully asked the owner and was also brushed off. Then, when I said only paper cups in the room, he gave me to real glasses and he even cleaned them meticulously in front of me. WOW WIFI did not work in the room! I went to the reception and was brushed again., because the principles were having dinner. They rejected my complaint and said it was not their responsibility! Wow again! Later the male owner came to the room to check and admitted it was the hotels fault. We were asked to move to another room where the internet was fine! We booked the hotel for the praised restaurant and when we arrived we saw a notice saying' restaurant closed for seasonal closure of Xmas and New Year. But in the booking there was no such notice. So we had to take the car again after a very long journey to get there and being very exhausted to find some restaurant in the city. So bad! I would never go there again!!! And the DRAGON at the reception should learn that customers are normal people and they deserve to be treated with respect!

The hotel is just outside of Hagenau - a very nice town, some 20 mins by car from Strasbourg. Double room is normal size, clean; breakfast is good; staff is helpful.

The electric heater was not very powerful to heat the room to comfort temperature, even as the temperature outside is relatively warm for this time of year (winter).

It was easy to find with close parking. staff were very friendly.

Although work was being carried out. it could use a good clean. spider webs in the dining room.

A very good breakfast, the room was comfortable and clean without being exceptional. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was on an industrial estate, which I wasn't expecting based on the photos and the reviews. The restaurant was not open as the chef had gone on holiday. A short walk to the village yielded a very good and popular Italian restaurant.

Dark room. For breakfast only bread, croissant, some cheese, ham,nutella,jams.. No tea. Payment immediately during check-in..

It's always a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The staff is very welcoming. The place is very peaceful.

No restaurant . All staff on holiday? Looking like the hotel is being run down with new owner.

Good value for the price. Very good continental breakfast.

Situated on the edge of a retail park/industrial estate. Restaurant was closed Saturday & Sunday evenings which were the 2 nights we were there. Fabulous but slightly expensive restaurant within 5 minute walk and a good Italian just a bit further.

La chambre est suffisamment spacieuse mais manque un peu de prises. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais tout-de-même avec choix entre salé et sucré.

En plein hiver, le chauffage de la chambre est un peu limite. Le choix de l'hôtel se basait sur l'opportunité d'un restaurant inclus, mais malheureusement fermé en cette période de fin d'année (notifié en petits caractères).

Séjour très agréable. Un accueil plus que parfait. Un petit déjeuner vraiment complet. La chambre était de bonne qualité et très propre. Calme et spacieuse. Prestation et services parfaits. Que du positif !

Rien qui ne mérite d'être cité.
