Great breakfast and meal at the restaurant with the formula mode which was super good at a fair price

Exceptional

I loved this place! The spa was perfect, warm pool, hammam, sauna, etc....and the restaurant, my goodness it was very very good! I ate there every night, and give it the highest rating...the staff were very accommodating, and let us use the spa a bit later than the usual early closing time...thank you!

The fact that the spa closed at 21:00, it would be better if it were 22-22:30, for those of us who work during the day...

Deserving of the 3* but has so much potential to be better with a few changes to the breakfast buffet and in-room amenit

The staff were friendly and attentive, space was enough for our family’s stay. A few more amenities in the bathroom would have made it more of a 4* experience as it only had a tiny bar of hand soap and a 3-in-1 shampoo, bath and hand gel. The restaurant was cozy and food had a ‘home-cooked’ taste. The spa was a lovely relaxing experience, with a steam room, sauna and a wellness pool (only for people over 16 years old). Great location if you’re in the area for the Christmas market in Haguenau & Strasbourg. Ample free parking around the property.

No bathroom amenities. No coffee/tea / kettle in room. No adaptor plugs available. Too soft pillows (only two were given for each bed). Having to ask for a spa bag (consisting of a towel & slippers) and having to pay 10€ for a bathrobe then having to bring it down to the reception after. Massages had to requested 4hrs prior to booking as therapist was not based in-house. Breakfast was simple and not worth the extra price. Lack of hot dishes, no eggs cooked to order. Sausages and scrambled eggs served in a shaving dish which was cold and not replenished.

Nice to have a restaurant on site since there is no restaurant nearby. Large parking on site.

There was only one standard outside plug 220V to charge an electrical car, and this was taken. So no real charging possibility. There was no possibility to make your own coffee or tea in the room.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioning and the spa was lovely. Food in restaurant was delicious and breakfast offered everything you could want.

Only one thing could have been better - if there had been a kettle in the room.

Deluxe room - a bit small; breakfast mediocre; spa is a bit strange - no fresh air - no open windows - when there are a lot of people, this is not hygienic - very disappointed - didn’t use it because it was so stuffy and closed up.

Lovely on arrival, felt like a little oasis amongst a set of plane houses and business street

I liked the friendly and very kind staff. nice restaurant and excellent food. I enjoyed the spa too.

I would suggest to change the chaise-longue in the spa , as they had no feet and were positioned very low on the floor. I hurt my finger when trying to sit down there.

Good accessibility, not far from the highway A4. Big parking lot. Nice entrance. Very friendly staff. Rooms were ok.

Breakfast could have been a bit more extensive. But the bread was phenomenally fresh & crispy.

Thsi is a great hotel for an overnight stopover or a longer stay to enjoy the scenery and countryside nearby.

This hotel has great views, is well positioned a short distance from the Autostrada and Vipiteno with walks possible straight from the hotel. Almost all the staff were brilliant - helpful, friendly, polite and a credit to the hotel. The pizzeria served good food quickly and at very reasonable prices. The breakfast was very good, a large range of food although we noticed things like croissants were not replenished even at 0830.

The bedrooms are large and very clean - but dated. I would rather have a larger dated room to a small updated room - but my preference is to have an updated large room! We stayed during the heatwave and missed air conditioning. Car parking could I think be a problem - there are limited spaces.

It is ok and the staff is really helpful if you need anything.

Friendly staff, parking with plenty of space and good breakfast. It is near the highway and not too far from the train station. Family friendly you can also use it for business.

Our room had a couple of spiders which didn’t created a perfect welcoming mood. Also no wifi code handy to use. Pretty far from the city center. They have a spa but wished to have a fitness instead. you can’t have it all for that category.

Limited cleaning between the two nights, very low price/quality performance for breakfast.
