There was a terrible noise coming from the air conditioner’s motor in the room, and I couldn’t sleep because of it until 4:00 AM. Everyone in the family was exhausted and trying to fall asleep, so we didn’t have the energy to request a room change during the night. In addition, the breakfast was extremely poor. The hotel is very old. The price charged for this hotel is far too high.

Had a very late arrival (2 in the morning). Staff was expecting me. Helpfull, polite. For the rest, it is an IBIS. And Covid time. We where happy to have them.

Room was not so warm, maybe because I couldn t manage to male the additionnal heater work and I didn t want to disturb the staff so early in the morning. But it was supportable. And it was 4 under zero outside.

J'ai quittée une seule fois la chambre durant mon séjour pour demander une bouteille d'eau le premier jour, il y avais 3 membres de personnel a l'accueil entrain de discuter et ne rien faire.elles m'ont regarder de travers et une ma fixer de haut en bas en me jugent visuellement sur mon physique.. Je me suis vraiment senti mal a l'aise et je n'ai plus osé rien demander durant mon séjour...
