    Friendly staff except one lady at check out -I asked if she can send someone to help me with my luggage. She said she cannot speak english. OK. I managed to come to the front desk to check out, and she said nothing just pointing the machine behind me. Very unprofessional!

    Overall stay was good. The location is one of the best as most of the Japan stores like GU, Muji and Donki are around the area. Lots of things to explore such as Sensoji temple and well as lots of restaurants near to try.

    Clean and great location, close to food and the shrine. Rooms is larger than the standard Tokyo rooms. Would recommend.

    Amazing new place, close to everything, however don't get the breakfast with this property, staff are rude, anything that finished won't be filled again even if there's an hour of breakfast left, staff hardly understand English, and some of the reception staff have no idea about customer service , while working in hospitality industry.
