    Staff were friendly and the hotel location is a few minutes walk to Don Quijote Asakusa. I'm unsure if we were unlucky with our room but the wifi would drop signal time to time but it would restore back quickly. The laundry room is on the second floor but the drying doesn't seem strong enough we had to sun dry our clothes in the room, but overall would recommend the hotel.

    We are greeted by smiling & helpful by the hotel staffs. They are very friendly and helpful guiding how to check-in the hotel. The room is clean, bed is comfy and amenities are good condition. I will recommend my friend to stay this hotel, and i book in again if i visit Japan in near future.

    Really clean, modern hotel. The staff was very polite and courteous. Good breakfast. Loved the Japanese breakfast with roasted fish and rice porridge. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Asakusa. Excellent location. Touristy in a good way. Locals hang out in the casual eatery. Lots of eateries and restaurants. Uniqlo and Don Quixote practically next to hotel. Tons of good, cheap places to eat.

    Amazing new place, close to everything, however don't get the breakfast with this property, staff are rude, anything that finished won't be filled again even if there's an hour of breakfast left, staff hardly understand English, and some of the reception staff have no idea about customer service , while working in hospitality industry.
