Had a wonderful stay! Check-in was flawless. The staff were kind and welcoming. The onsen was rejuvenating and the amenities were exactly what I needed. I also had a great night of sleep. Quiet and comfortable.. Would absolutely stay here again :)

Hotel and rooms are clean. Spa was great and the icy poles after the spa was very refreshing! 😁
