I loved everything about this place. It has a traditional feel, and you don’t need to wear shoes inside the hotel, which adds to the experience. The breakfast was lovely, and the indoor onsen was really nice too. They even offer complimentary ice cream and yoghurt drinks. Overall, we had a very lovely experience!
I wish i could stay longer. And the room is bigger😋

Great location, onsen was perfect after long days of sightseeing, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast with lots of choices

The onsen was beautiful. The breakfast had both Japanese and western options and was plentiful. Locations was convenient.
We were adjacent to an amusement park which was noisy if you faced it.

The room was spacious and chimneys. Shower excellent and all bathroom facilities spotlessly clean. Excellent location for exploring Asakusa with the temple a short walk away, markets and shops close by, easy walk to the train station but quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and responsive.
It was disappointing that we couldn't make use of the hot springs, as there is a requirement for no bathing suits which we are not comfortable with.
It would be beneficial to the hotel if they invested in English language lessons for their staff. It was hard trying to communicate through Google translate!
