    Location is perfect, easy access to the subway... Great staff, friendly and helpful... Room was quite small but a reasonable size for 2 people... Love the Tatami area and the small balcony, bathroom is new and clean.

    I booked a family suite studio with beds. We ended up with an attic room with 5 futon and 2 full bathrooms... 2 FULL bathrooms!! I do not see the point to have 2 bathrooms when you can barely open a suitcase in the room. With just one bathroom, you would have more space for a table and a decent mini fridge instead of the micro fridge we had. For the same price we have stayed in a largest room with real beds and full amenities in central Tokyo. Otherwise staff was nice and helpful and if you're looking for a busy and touristic location you'll be happy.
