This is an awesome property! It’s located up on a small hill that leads down into the town of Bonn. 5 min drive to great restaurants. When you are in your room looking out to the grove of trees with birdhouses you feel like you are in the woods alone! Very nice staff and very clean! They are proud of their property and had 5 year Birthday balloons decorating the lobby celebrating their 5th year. Great patio to enjoy your breakfast and listen to the church bells ring out!

Hotel is very nice and having a clear touch about ecology. Decoration is very nice and unique. I didn’t have one of those rooms in the trees, but only to see those was interesting. Included breakfast is nice. Also very good and friendly atmosphere. Staff is very nice and helpful. Even nice final touch with receipt printed on recycled paper. What can be limitation is area, quite isolated. But was no problem for me. Highly recommended

This is very handy if you are going to an event at the nearby House Venusberg, or if you want to walk in the woods. It was very comfortable, the TV was excellent, everything was very stylish, and the view of trees outside the window was lovely. They even have recorded birdsong in the lift! It was very quiet. The little motion-sensitive nightlight in the toilet is handy - every hotel should have one. It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but when I asked at reception they gave me a kettle. The staff were lovely and friendly.

Just a little far away from the main town area, but had the hotel been closer to down the hotel nature concept would have been lost

This is a pleasant hotel a little removed from Bern. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff was generous with the water bottles and apples. The bed was ok, but the room had a nice view and cool blackout screen. Watch out for mosquitoes at night.

Great hotel, reminds at some of the hotels in Londen at Shoreditch and NY ... and this in Germany by all means. Great room with full facilities and great soap. Breakfast, if you do not have it ... you are missing a treat, fresh baked scrambled eggs on demand, fresh fruit, yoghurt ... why not take a brunch :-) Restaurants in the neighbourhood are few, though a great Italian restaurant (price €€).

Though I had to provide my own pen. The room was good, well cleaned, though the TV was hanging at a 30 degree angle and the remote was extremely unresponsive. Didnt matter much since I went more or less straight to sleep anyway.The breakfast was great - but dont be afraid of (or allergic to) dogs, since the (very friendly) house dog came walking around, begging for food from the table.The price was exorbitant for the room though, but its the law of supply and demand - dont go to Bonn during major conferences... ;-)

We went to Bonn for 4 days ... and had no sleep the 3 first nights. It was very hot outside and we couldnt close the windows because there is no air conditioner in the room. Despite the fact that the hotel is situated in a forest ... we were awaked by people talking together on neighbours balcony at 2:00am, also another night at 3:00am. Eventually, we left the hotel and joined another 4star hotel at 1 km away ... and everything went right again. I wish I had changed on day one.Very strange is also the fact that there is no Cabinets and no drawers in the room. We had to leave our clothes in suitcases during 3 days. And this was a Junior-Suite !!!Sorry to tell this (I never complain normally) but is was a bad experience for us.

The hotel is beautiful, as is the forest that surrounds it. The staff is friendly and helpful and they have a playful dog they adopted from a shelter called Pitufo. The location is a little secluded (about 20 minutes to the Bonn central station) but public transport is readily accesible literally across the street. Loved it!
