Good location, very bad breakfast

Checking perfect, the location in the woods is great, nice rooms, good beds, good bathroom

The breakfast was very, very bad. I will not go back to this Dorint, it is the second time that I was very disappointed about the breakfast. The other Dorint in Bonn is much better for this. If you go to the Dorint Venusberg: Do not book the €24 breakfast, it is not up to standard, very limited choice and no good service.

Wonderful

The staff were very helpful they were able to accommodate our needs as we were disappointed with a different hotel which we were supposed to stay for 2 nights and only move here for our last day. We made the decision to stay for the 3 nights and we received an amazing suite. It was a work trip from friday to monday and we got engaged on the Saturday which was also mu 30tg birthday. It was my first time in Germany so i was really looking forward to it. Italian restaurant Terra Rossa is walking distance and its a delicious food spot. The hotel made our stay even more memorable.

Slightly expensive and not the best for the price

Breakfast has been amazing, the spread was quite well. Breakfast location was great. The stay Location was alright, Quite peaceful. Away from the city but it was expected. Room was decent. Beds were clean. One of the receptionists was very friendly.

Definetly not worth the cost. Room was old which is okay but the floor carpets were sticky. And the room looked bigger in the pictures and though we paid for the room with garden view, dint see any view. As it was almost midnight checkin, we did not ask after we got the keys. Paid parking was on the expensive side.

Amazing as always!

We have stayed here 6 times & it never disappoints! The room was a good size & the bed was comfortable. We love the balcony, it feels like you’re in the forest.

There was a limited menu in the restaurant on the Sunday which didn’t include anything simple like a burger. The beef casserole we had was small, like warm & too expensive for what it was.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff and excellent breakfast in a stunning location

Perfect everything. My only issue was with the fact that the hotel charged a €20 per day parking fee for leaving my car outside. In a premium hotel with premium prices this is not appropriate in my view. Charge visitors but not hotel guests.

Clean, quiet, peaceful. I also loved that I had a little balcony! :-)

no water kettle or coffee in room, bathroom has bathtub to climb in for shower (very old fashioned), construction scaffolding in front of window, towels were very old (not soft)

Enjoyed the closeness of nature

The staff were helpful and the rooms reasonably sized and quite comfortable.

Upon arrival it felt as though the hotel was closed due to the lights being off in the restaurant and the lounge area being closed off, which was a little disconcerting, however the staff were very friendly. Difficulty in getting from the carpark to the room with luggage, traversing multiple stairs to access the lift.

Room too hot, could only cool down by opening the patio door, tried the air conditioning unit, but it didn't work, probably switched off due to winter.
