Loved it so much, I wish I could stay here forever.

Overpriced budget hotel

Staff were nice. Breakfast reasonably good.

Rooms looked run down. Pillows were flat. Lighting very dim. Towels small and not fluffy at all. Mattress and blankets poor quality.

Nice try for being fancy, but missed the point.

I like the style, de size of the room and the breakfast.

It was boiling hot inside my room like there was a heating on. I turned on the cooling on 5degrees but that did absolutely nothing except making a lot of noise. When i mentioned it to the staff at the reception she just laughed and mumbled she would tell the technician. I did not feel taken seriously at all.

Should have stayed both weeks there and not just the first

Easily double the space of any regular hotel room in the area. Has a kitchenette with stove? Dishwasher, sink, microwave, mini fridge. You get two free beers and 2 waters stocked daily in the fridge.

Underground Parking gate has a reputation to malfunction according to regular guests. It was a hassle a few times. But not a deal breaker.

The location is still very good and also the parking-area. Staff at the reception was partly very nice also helped me with a cable. Dogs welcome was very nice! Very dog-friendly hotel.

First time we had a smaller-room then last time with the dogs. Also the shower two days was cold. Sink was smelling. Water colour in the washing-area looked brown (may be just the color of the wash-basin. When I asked for refilling toilet-paper, because it was forgotten, reception taught me, that this is refilled by the room service (which I ordered instead of the 4-Euro-role), which was a very offending answer, as I am travelling my entire life at hotels and the cleanding lady just forgot it the other day.

Fabulous stay

The rooms here are huge and very comfortable in an open layout. Very nice little kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker stove top. Very comfortable bed and effective airconditioning. The staff are excellent too, I was made to feel welcome immediately upon showing up at the front desk. Easy to get to too from Bonn centre by bus or U-bahn. I will definitely stay here again.

Somewhat outdated and overpriced. Great location, quiet and helpful staff.

It's an ideal location when traveling for meetings at the WCCB. A quick and pleasant walk from both the centre and the conference venues. Probably the only place where the mini-fridge includes 2 free beers...every day.

Breakfast options could be better. The rooms are long due for an over-haul - stained 80's carpets and blackout curtains that just aren't wide enough to block out the sun in the morning leaves you wanting more for an overly priced hotel.

Great stay (breakfast expensive)

Great location close to the river and very well connected to the centre. Great room with fancy furniture. Feeling of high level hotel. Very good restaurant (though with limited choices) connected to the hotel.

Could not of been nicer or more efficient other than the minor niggles below

Only getting one sachet of hot chocolate each day for a double room. Despite requesting another was advised by the person servicing the room that this was not possible! Really!!! Provision of bathroom scales was a nicetouch, just a pity the the battery was flat and regretably my language skills were not up to making the hotel aware of this. Neither of these points detracted from a very pleasant experience THANK YOU

Good value, convenient location, would return.

I stayed here because it was close to a work venue. The hotel is very nice. The hotel rooms are cozy. Love the art that is around the building, and the history. Was able to do my own laundry, with washers and driers that are powered via an app. The bathroom was nice and there were lots of lights and storage space, for you to be comfy. The complimentary beer and water each day was a nice touch. This wasn't my first stay and it wouldn't be my last.

It was getting a little cold in Bonn, so was having a little difficulty adjusting the temperature so it wasn't too hot or cold. There was an evening when I thought I could have received a bit more help from a staff member, but it may have been a language barrier issue. I wish the restaurant attached to the hotel was opened a bit earlier and closed a bit later during the week, so that I could enjoy some more of their meals.

The bathroom had mold spots from humidity. It should be a priority of the hotel to fix those. No room service and no food available at the restaurant after 22.00 is not acceptable for a hotel of this size and price

interesting hotel with its own charm with good location and quality price value.

The price quality value, restaurant, cleanliness and high ceilings in the room. Enjoyed the restaurant very much and the staff was very friendly & efficient. The free beverages were very welcomed after 3 hours Road Trip.

The the sauna was closed. Double bed could be bigger.
