Extremely Disappointing Stay

My experience at this hotel was very bad. The room was not clean at all — dirty floors, bad smell, and overall poor hygiene. The place itself felt badly maintained, and the service was honestly terrible. Staff were not helpful and didn’t care about fixing anything. This stay was a complete disappointment, and I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent n most enjoyable

Everything.location ,the view of the Rhein, The comfort of the room n most of all the staff specially the reception n on the top MS Fengler who was very hospitable,helpful n cooperative n not to forget Hayat n Rosita . Rosita this young lady is always smiling n will do anything to make the guests stay comfortable n nice. This is my forth time to stay at Dornit n I will stay in it every time I come to Bonn A big thank you 🙏❤️

A lovely stay

A great sized family room. Comfy beds and excellent selection for breakfast. Spa/pool was extra charge but was lovely, with dressing gown and slippers given. Nice outdoor space by the river for a drink, with comfy seats and a sandpit for kids to play.

Hard to fault, offered everything we needed, but quite pricey for one night. Lots of works being down round the back of the hotel.

Will stay there anytime visiting Bonn. Everything was great.

Everything was clean and in order. Patio. Ability to open window for fresh air. We were very comfortable while in the hotel and also the location while quieter and near the river, was just few minutes walk to the restaurants and shops. Even partial view of river was nice.

Enjoyable stay in good location, right beside the Rhine & just opposite the Opera House.

Location, easy to walk to the centre of Bonn Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice Taxi was ordered for me at reception

Air conditioning was very noisy so had to turn it off at night. Room was very hot, duvet too heavy for end of May & no top sheet. Breakfast was very expensive (€27) considering it wasn’t a made to order breakfast, so many things relied on machines such as tea/coffee, toast, juice, pancakes & even butter dispensed this way. One of the lifts was out of order so only one lift working.

Lovely hotel in good location by the river and close to shopping streets

Very good location, lovely views of the river, I was in King Superior room which was very spacious, comfy bed, good noise insulation although big busy street in front of my room. Warm welcome from the friendly and nice staff at the reception. Breakfast selection was really good and tasty. I would stay here again for sure. Also sauna and swimming pool are very good.

Only thing I missed was that I booked a room with a walk in shower but was given a one with a bathtub. Not convenient as I had a problem with my knee I had injured before, thus the reason for walk in shower room request which was not taken into account unfortunately.

Good situated hotel

The hotel is very good located, therefore it was easy to walk through the city centre from it.

It was a bit hard to get to by car, a lot of one ways that made it more difficult. Also, the initial booked room was not exactly the same with the one we got. Nevertheless it was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Lovely hotel next to the opera

Gorgeous breakfast, spacious room, everything worked well. Location close to the opera house is a huge plus

I would have liked to have a bathrope when going for a swim. Also, a funny observation: in shower cabinet you alsi had body lotion next to shower gel.... in the shower! I'm sure many confuse them

Location: proximity to river banks, to city center and transportation.

Lack off a package for guests with cars inclusive of a special parking fare. With the hotels private parking an electric car charger would be welcome. A little bit expensive if we consider that breakfast is not included.
