Spotlessly clean interior and furnishings looking like new. Very comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Excellent location on the river, with easy walk to Christmas markets. Secure parking. Very helpful, professional, yet friendly staff.

Great location, friendly staff, tiny gym, poor on tech

Friendly and very dilligent staff (both room service and front desk), great location, nice views from the public terrace, very nice Brazilian rain forrest shower

The automatic key to the garage did not work ONE single time. Over the unsecured WiFi my cellphone got infected with pop up windows from a presentation that was given at the same time by Astra Seneca in one of the conference rooms. The room did not offer USB ports for fast charging. The pillows were slim and didn’t offer much support. Good mattress and nice blanket. The toilet was congested one evening and didn't flush but the front desk could not help because the plunger had been hidden by the building staff. The gym is pathetically tiny and lacking machines. The breakfast is overpriced at E 25 and should be E 12 to E 15 instead.

Great location for a stay in Bonn close to the centre but in a quiet location. Really friendly

Location was ideal, just ten mins walk into the centre . Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Fridge in the room was great.

The cooling in the room wasn’t good enough so sleep wasn’t great. Only one pillow too which was very lumpy. Please improve your pillows as this is so important for a good night sleep. Complimentary water tasted odd. Glasses and face cloths weren’t replenished.

Great view, comfortable room, poor service, especially at the restaurant.

The location by the river, amazing view and room was spacious and fresh.

Restaurant is a joke, you never know if you can get food or not. Because they cater for many side functions, even if you are a guest and there are many vacant tables they will not take you. When they do, the food is good. The attitude is really regrettable. Waiters during breakfast prefer to set the tables for a la carte service three hours later than to look after guests. All in all, it is a very strange attitude for a hotel restaurant. They close before the announced hours for breakfast, dinner and room service. Very poor customer service in general but some of the staff were very helpful in trying to make up for that. They do need some reorganization regarding restaurant/catering. It is not reasonable that guests are not advised beforehand about these limitations.

not as good as expected

maybe we just got the worst room but the there was no internet in the room, the ac is not functioning stably, the shower head is partly broken, hot water running low in the morning, when when i moved in i noticed food crumbles of former guest left on the table. also the blanket is too thick for summer; combined with the ac problem i could not get a good night of sleep.

Perfect location on the river 5 mins walk into Bonn centre. Well appointment has everything for a comfortable stay. Outdoor terrace overlooking the river is beautiful.

Quiet and comfortable hotel in an excellent location

Very close tot the city center in a really quiet area right next tot the Rhine river. The room was spacious and comfortable. Many towels at hand in the bathroom and aromatic shampoo. Large parking facilities above and underground.

The hair dryer needs to be replaced, not powerful and stops working at times. Shower doors do not close well, making the water leak into the floor.

Location near the Rhine and the city center. They did allow me to check in very early, about 9.30 in the morning. Not so expensive breakfast.

Room cleaning. Used glasses were not changed. No amenities such as cotton buds or toothbrush. No electric kettle for making tea or coffee.

Could have been much better

Clean room, high quality materials. Riverview.

The main feature here is the restaurant with view of the Rhine. However, they do not treat hotelguests differently from others and the restaurant might be fully reserved a week in advance. I was lucky because I was alone. As early as 9:30 they focus on lunch preparations on tables with a view and refer hotelguests to backrow seating. Ande they serve the worst scrambled eggs on the planet; like cake. Shower in bath is fine, but bath is also very narrow. Reception understaffed and no system for safe storage of luggage after checkout.

the location and cleanness!

Pillows were horrible. The staff were weird, nice sometimes and kind of not polite. I don’t know if it was because their English wasn’t so good or because they saw me as non high society person in their eyes. It sounded with lots of prejudice and rude. Way to expensive for what it is!
