Highly recommended، very comfortable, amazing view, and only a one-minute walk to the Rhine River.

Everything was perfect and amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the Rhine River. The hotel in general was very clean, and breakfast had everything you could need.

Regarding the bathroom glass, I was wondering if there is a button to control the transparency . I’m not sure if it exists, but I couldn’t find it. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

One of the best value hotel for a wellness getaway. Breakfast is also good and so as the food in their restaurants

The front desk staff at the wellness was not friendly or helpful. One of the guests fainted 3x due to Kreislauf. That of course was just a good guess that time. My cousin ran to the reception and ask if she could call an ambulance. Her response, can you not call yourself? First thing, that’s not a professional response from a staff or I‘m wrong? Secondly, mobile phones aren’t allowed in the wellness so could it be that we don’t have one with us? What if the female guest really needed medical attention?

Great stay in Bonn

Great location at the river, close to both Bonn's city centre and conference venues. The nearby river and park were superb. Big room, very functional. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking available 25€/day. The rooftop restaurant Konrad's, even if not part of the hotel, was great both for the food and view. We had a 4-course menu that was delicious.

The elevators were a bit slow during the busy period. Not a big deal though.

Great hotel in Bonn!

Great location and excellent restaurants and bars onsite.

Was given a key card to a room that was already in use, much to the surprise of myself and the other guests who were in the room. Very embarrassing Reception staff apologized and issued me with a new room key

The perfect business hotel - excellent stay, thoroughly recommend

My room was right up on 16th floor (I requested a quiet room, and it really was!) The bed was extremely comfortable and the en-suite shower was excellent. I had a lovely chaise longue in the room for reading, which I used in the evenings - very pleasant. The rooftop bar is exceptional - I spent a happy evening in the sun with some very good beers and tasty food, with a view over the river and the whole city - strongly recommend. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and multi-lingual. Overall: the perfect business hotel - easy location for the World Conference Center and anywhere in the city on the U-Bahn (underground train) - there's a station very close by.

A warm, comfortable stay with great service, despite a few small hiccups.

We had a great stay! The staff were really friendly and helpful, I even forgot something in our room after checking out, and they kindly sent it back to me. The room was super clean, and the view over the river was really nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety and tasted fresh. The wellness area was a nice bonus and gave us something relaxing to do during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The room service pizza wasn’t great. We were also hoping to enjoy the rooftop bar, but it was too busy, and the ground floor bar felt just okay. We asked them for drinks around 10pm and were told they had run out of ice, and no alternative was offered. It felt like the staff just didn’t really want to serve, so we ended up going back to our room without enjoying drinks :(

Very nice facilities, with gym/wellness/pool. Nice breakfast, but be aware that it is overcrowded from 09:30am.

Parking is quite expensive (25€per day). The saunas are very cold except for the Finnish Sauna.

Very quite Hotel with a nice Restaurant and bar. We stayed one night with great views on the Rhine River. Fantastic View while in the shower:)

It could be cleaner and better maintained ( ribbed Curtains; sandy floor and stains on curtains and wall…not sure why at that price and location)

High Praise for Marriott Hotel Bonn!

My work experience in Bonn was enhanced greatly by the experience at the Marriott Hotel - Bonn. The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room allocated was comfortable and corresponded to what I booked, with no substitution as some hotels do in the last minute. The location is perfect for a walk into the city along the river and is also close to the tram stop. Taxis are available at short notice. I enjoyed quiet sleep and a great view of the river and the meals provided at the restaurant were great.

The restaurant can benefit from a wider selection on it's menu.

Check inn staff could not reimburse or accomodate me on a wrong booking I made earlier. They could not handle the situation and therefore said it was not possible. I lost that night as I was booked as a nowshow. Shame

1. room service did not understand door label "do not distirb" they always enter the room 2. hot water was not working well during the day, max temperature only 34C 3. television wasn not smart, without netflix or hbo, only local tv channels

nice food and hotel overall structure..

the first room was basically a disaster! the bathroom has a glass door and the bathroom window receives the entire sun light of the end of the day, it means the door becomes actually a lamp-bulb! despite the window of the room has curtains that control the light, the door of the bathroom brings the entire shine inside the room! The room organisation was also quite difficult to understand, useless furniture like the tiny table lead us to a strange situation (in our opinion was basically a "left over" room).. and this perception in emphasised when you changed us to a regular room... Another problem was in the sauna area,,,, 60o celsius? really? We understand the protocol to use clothes in the hotel sauna (being naked for foreigners can be quite strange for them) but this temperature?

The only thing I liked was that it was located next to UN campus where I was meeting. The Ladies at the Palament restaurant were very friendly, and helpful.

The Service at the 17 floor restaurant was extremely very Poor. The restaurant hostess was arrogant. I was served the wrong order despite my clear order. The Hotel Price room rate is note value for money at all based on the level of service
