The villa is situated very close to the Neapolis Archeological Park and has a great view from atop a hill. The villa and its garden are gorgeous, with each room having its own en-suite and being accessible independently from the shared area. It is well equipped for a long stay and has plenty of outdoor seating.
Grozdana from Ortigia Apartments was amazing and accommodating, as well as always available for us. This made a whole lot of difference to our stay and I highly recommend the entire experience.
There is nothing we didn’t like. I’d just point out that if travelling with more than one car, there is space inside the villa for one car only. Any other car(s) can be parked just outside the villa, easily and free of charge.

Quiet, has a garden with nice plants to sit in, spacious rooms, good view over the archeological site, room to park inside the gate. Property manager and owner very responsive in fixing wifi issue that popped up.
Lighting in kitchen is harshly bright, which isn’t ideal for a relaxing evening meal - add a dimmer? Kitchen is very echoey - add something to the walls like a hanging? Need better knives in kitchen. Mattresses could be better quality.
